Using simple ingredients that are easy to keep on hand, you can make a satisfying snack/side dish for yourself with hardly any mess or cleanup in less than 5 minutes! Use fat-free sour cream to make this a healthier snack choice.
½ can refried beans
1 slice American cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
½ medium tomato, diced
½ cup chopped romaine lettuce
Tortilla chips
1. In microwave-safe bowl, add ½ can refried beans and microwave for 45 seconds. While microwaving the beans, tear up cheese slice into small strips.

2. Stir refried beans, place strips of cheese on top of beans and microwave again for 35 seconds.

3. Remove bowl from microwave and spread sour cream over the top of the cheese. Add chopped romaine lettuce and diced tomato.

4. Serve with tortilla chips.
