RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Buttermilk Biscuit Mix

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine vegetables, soup and chicken. Transfer to an ungreased 9-in. pie plate.


In another bowl, combine egg, milk and biscuit mix just until moistened. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Quick chicken pie
The recipe sounds good & I will try it. HOWEVER,the recipe calls for ONE cup of cooked chicken and the recipe serves 6. There is no way one cup of chicken is enough for 6 people. I plan to double the recipe, and even 2 cups may not be enough to serve 6 people.
