Quick Macaroni Shrimp Salad

I find that deli mac salad usually has too much mayonnaise and not enough vegies or seafood and I always have to add extra ingredients. - sometimes I add chopped celery and spanish or black olives. I sometimes even buy my shrimp ready cooked.
2 pounds deli style Macaroni Salad
Add the following ingredients:
2 tbs. red or yellow bell pepper chopped
2 tbs. crab boil seasoning
Juice of one lemon
1 lb medium cooked and chilled shrimp
(vein removed and I cut each shrimp in half)
2 tbs. finely diced sweet onion such vidalia
2 tbs. finely chopped sweet gherkin pickles
2 tps. relish (can be omitted)
To cook shrimp: heat water to boil and add shrimp and crab boil seasoning-cover pan-take water off heat and and let sit for 4 minutes, stirring shrimp once-Rinse and drain shrimp and place in a bowl and mix shrimp with juice of one lemon-Refrigerate for one hour or until chilled.

After shrimp is chilled, mix all ingredients and place in a covered container and keep on ice or in refrigerator until it is time to eat.
