A creamy avocado makes a surprise appearance in a sweet beverage.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1   avocado, peeled and pitted
3/4 cup  orange juice
3/4 cup  raspberry juice
1/2 cup  frozen raspberries (not thawed)

DIRECTIONS
Puree avocado, orange juice, raspberry juice and raspberries in a blender until smooth.

Hmm...!
I'm not sure how I feel about this smoothie because the avocado has that strong guacamole after taste and I'm not sure I like that in my fruit smoothies. Maybe if I try it a few times and offer some to my friends,I'll know for sure!!!
