Great bowl of soup for one of those Fall days. Makes your entire house smell so inviting!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2lbs. ground beef (browned & drained)
3 green peppers
1lg. onion(chopped)
1& 1/2 cups of cooked rice
2 14oz. cans beef broth
2 10oz. cans tomato soup
1 28oz. can diced tomatoes (not drained)
DIRECTIONS
Brown and drain the ground beef


Add all the remaining ingredients to the ground beef in a crock pot


Cook on high until the vegetables appear tender

I use Red/ Yellow/Green Peppers, A touch of brown sugar to cut the acidity of the tomatoes,tomato sauce,crushed tomatos/forget the soup!
