Tequila Pork

Full of flavor and super simple with only five ingredients, this winning family recipe is a must-try.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 ½   lbs. Pork (Cushion), chopped into 1/2” cubes
1   ea. Large Cabbage, coarsely chopped into squares
1   ea. Large White Onion, coarsely chopped
½   cup Light Soy Sauce (Silver Swan is the best)
¼   cup Tequila

DIRECTIONS
Brown pork until it creates a thin crust. Add onions and sautee for two minutes. Add the soy sauce and tequila to deglaze and lower to a simmer. Add cabbage and onion, mix and cover for 5-7 minutes until tender but not wilted. For a stronger flavor, add a bit more tequila. Serve over white steamed rice.
