Uncle Ronnie's Blue Ribbon Apple and Spice Cheesecake

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 8" round x 3" high Baking Pans
3 Lbs Cream Cheese (room temp)
6 Eggs Whole
6 Eggs Yolks
1 Can Apple Pie Filling
3/4 Cups Light Cream
2 3/4 Cups Sugar
5 Tbls Corn Starch
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/3 Cup Ground Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Spray inside of the 2 baking pans with PAM.


Roll Graham Cracker crumbs in pan until throughly coated.


Set Pans aside.


Pour Pie Filling in a bowl and cut apples until 1/4 size.


Set Apple bowl aside.


Mix Cream Cheese,Sugar,Cinnamon,Nutmeg,salt,Corn Starch and Light Cream in mixing bowl on low to medium speed.


Add Yolks one at a time then scrape bowl.


Add Whole Eggs one at a time.


Blend in Apples trying to keep the pieces whole.


Pour mixture into pans


Bake at 275 Degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes


Turn off oven and open the door slightly.


Cakes will settle down as they cool.


Remove from oven after 20 minutes and let cool to room temp.


Remove from pans and chill in Refrigerator

I love cheesecake!!!!!This was the best one so far that I' ve had. I especially liked when Ronnie told me to cut my cheesecake with dental floss.
