A real spicy, yummy and a tangy combination of vegies, spices and magic of hands.
3 Potatoes
1 diced medium Onion
1 diced medium Tomato
1 properly cut green chilli
1 tbsp Sartaj (RT) methi masala
Salt to taste
Red Chilli to taste
1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Nutrella Mustard Oil
1/4 tbsp Jeera Powder
1/4 tbsp kasoori methi
Heat oil in a pan and when hot enough put the Jeera Powder in that

Saute the onion till its brownish in colour

Add diced tomato and add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli to it.

Add Methi masala to it.

Fry it till it leaves the extra oil in the pan.

Add green chilli, potatoes and 200 ml water and put the lid on it.

After 1 whistle dim the gas and keep on low flame for 10 minutes.

Put dhaniya or kasoori methi for decoration and serve hot.
