RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 - egg whites
1/2 cup white granualted sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups sliced almonds
DIRECTIONS
Gently whisk egg whites, sugar, and vanilla until fluffly.


Stir in the almonds until thoroughly coated.


Drop the cookie mixture by spoonful onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.


Bake at 325F for 10-12 minutes - until golden.


Turn off the oven and crack the door.


Leave the cookies in the oven for about an hour until "dry".


These cookies are gluten free.
