- 6 ounces Craisins
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons herbes de Provence
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/3 teaspoon Santa Fe mix
- 1 quart mayonnaise
- 2 slices honey wheat sandwich bread
- 4 ounces oven roasted turkey breast, sliced thin
- 1-ounce slice Swiss cheese
- 2 slices red ripe tomato
- 1 leaves leaf lettuce, washed, dried and chilled
- 1 thin slice sweet red onion, separated into rings
- 2 slices pepper bacon, each slice cut in half, cooked and drained
To make the herbed cranberry mayonnaise, mix dried cranberries, garlic, all herbs and mayonnaise together. Blend well. Cover and hold in refrigerator for service.
Spread 3/4-ounce Herbed Cranberry Mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
Assemble sandwich in the following order: bread slice with mayonnaise, 4-ounces sliced turkey, 1-ounce Swiss cheese, 2 tomato slices, 1 lettuce leaf, 2 sliced onion rings, 4 half slices bacon and top with second slice bread.
