6 - 8 servings
- One 14-ounce can artichoke hearts
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Spread in an 8 x 8-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. Stir and serve.
