Asparagus Tarragon Quiche

You can also leave the asparagus spears whole and arrange in a pinwheel pattern. It makes it look pretty, but it's harder to cut.
1 cup asparagus spears, thin, lightly steamed, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup scallions
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 cup packaged baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Spray bottom and sides of a large pie plate with cooking spray. Arrange asparagus on bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese, scallions and tarragon.

Whisk together baking mix, milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour mixture evenly into the pie plate.

Bake 20 minutes to 25 minutes, until it is golden brown and firm to the touch. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Really people! where are the instructions on making this??? list of ingredients is there but that is pretty much it.
