Avocado Spread Sandwich

Avocado is touted as possibly the world’s healthiest food. So taking a cue from that study, we want to share with you a breakfast or anytime avocado snack recipe that tastes as heavenly as it is nutritious. It looks great too!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 Whole Ripe Avocados
Avocado dip mix (instead you could use salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, a pinch of sugar and lemon zest)
Hot Sauce
Whole grain Bread
Coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Cut the Avocados in half and carefully scoop out their


flesh into a bowl. Mash it so that no lumps remains.


Step


2: Add the Avocado dip (you can find in every grocery store


or make your own dip as described above) to it and mix


thoroughly. Set it aside for 15-30 minutes.


Step 3: On


a slice of Whole Grain Bread, spread some hot sauce ( or any


other condiment that you like).


Step 4: Scoop out the


avocado mix and spread it over the sauced slide of bread. I


tend to like a thicker layer spread, but you can do it according


to your taste.


Step 5: Heat a tbsp of Coconut oil


in a pan. Make sure that the stove is set on medium heat and


take care that the coconut oil should not smoke.


Step


6: Place the slice of bread from Step 4 on the pan.


Step


7: Let the slide of bread crisp out according to your preference.


Step


8: Remove and Serve.
