- 20 3 1/2 ounces each turkey steaks
- 40 slices turkey bacon, cooked
- 1 1/4 pounds cheddar cheese, sliced
- 20 each Kaiser rolls, split & toasted
- 20 pieces leaf lettuce, washed and dried
- 40 slices tomato
- 20 slices onion
Heat a grill or broiler. Grill or broil the turkey steaks until fully cooked, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. When almost finished cooking, place 2 bacon strips and 1 ounce of cheese on each steak.
When the steak is done and the cheese is melted, transfer the steak to the split Kaiser roll and top with lettuce and tomato. Add top half of roll and serve immediately.
