Bacon-Cheese Turkey Steak

20 3 1/2 Ounces each TURKEY STEAKS
40 Slices turkey bacon, cooked
1-1/4 Pounds Cheddar cheese, sliced
20 Each kaiser rolls, split & toasted
20 Pieces leaf lettuce, washed and dried
40 Slices tomato
20 Slices onion
Grill or broil turkey steaks until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes per side. When almost finished cooking, place 2 bacon strips and 1 ounce of cheese on each steak.

When steak is done and cheese is melted, transfer steak to the split kaiser roll and top with lettuce and tomato. Add top half of roll and serve immediately.
