Baked chicken with spinach and angel hair

1 cut up chicken or thighs and drumsticks
1 lb angel hair pasta
2 10 oz boxes of frozen spinach, thawed
8 oz Shredded parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced or better yet pushed through garlic press
1 tsp italian seasonings
1/8 to 1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 lemon
Start large pot with water to boil and put a lid on it. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and italian seasoning and place in 375 degree oven in a 9 by 13 pan. Bake 30 minutes

While chicken is cooking:

Thaw spinach, leave on counter in morning,

wrap in towel and squeeze dry

Place pound of pasta in boiling salted water

and cook according to directions, drain.

Take chicken out of oven and lift each piece onto plate.

Place pasta and garlic in pan and with tongs start turning in juices. Add spinach and sprinkle with salt and pepper and as much cheese as you want. Add nutmeg and keep turning, add chicken pieces and return to oven for about 15 min to heat through. Squeeze 1/2 or less of a lemon over all. Serve in same pan.

TIP: I grate lemon peel and squeeze juice into separate freezer baggies and freeze flat. They last forever and taste fresh.
