Baked Corn

Total Time:  1 Hour
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 can cream style corn
1T cornstarch
2T sugar (may substitute Splenda)
1/2 c milk
3 eggs separated
1/4 c melted butter
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Beat yolks, add corn and seasoning


Add cornstarch mixed in the milk


Add melted butter


Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites


Bake at 300 or 325 for 1 hour


Let stand 10 minutes


Serves 6-8


May be doubled
