Crispy and full of flavor, pita sticks are sure to be a snack time hit! Low in fat and high in flavor. Potato and tortilla chips don’t stand a chance!
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package Wild Oats Organic Pita, white or whole wheat
- 1/2 cup Wild Oats Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together the salt, herbs and spices.
Cut each pita, with a pair of kitchen scissors, into 1 inch-wide strips. Place on a cookie sheet. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with spice mixture. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
