Baked Pita Sticks

  Makes about 36 sticks
Crispy and full of flavor, pita sticks are sure to be a snack time hit! Low in fat and high in flavor. Potato and tortilla chips don’t stand a chance!
1 package Wild Oats Organic Pita, white or whole wheat
1/2 cup Wild Oats Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together the spices and herbs.

Cut each pita, with a pair of kitchen scissors, into 1 inch wide strips. Place on a cookie sheet. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with spice mixture. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
