Banana-Coconut Frozen Yogurt

Yields 1 quart
"Lite" coconut milk gives ethereal flavor and creamier texture to this frozen yogurt. If you can't find fat free coconut yogurt, substitute vanilla and add a little coconut extract.
- 2 bananas
- 1 can (14 ounces) "lite" coconut milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 16 ounces fat free coconut yogurt
Place all ingredients in the blender or food processor and puree. Chill at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator, then follow manufacturer's instructions for the ice cream maker.
