Active Time:  20 Minutes
Total Time:  20 Minutes
Yield:  1 20
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
One Italian hot sausage
Two cloves Garlic chopped
Three  1/2 " slices of Sour Dough Bread (I like Boudin Fed Ex'ed in)
Your choice of marinara sauce ( I like the $1 a can stuff, then transfer it into an empty mason jar for left-overs)
Three cheese Italian shredded cheese
1/4 chopped onion
four slices jalapeño
Splash of Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Remove skin from sausage, and break into small pieces, and sauté in a medium skillet along with the onions, jalapeños, garlic and a little olive oil until brown. Set aside.

Slice three 1/2 " pieces of San Fran Sourdough bread. Sprinkle lightly with olive oil.

Pre-heat toaster oven to 450 degrees-

Spoon on light layer of marinara sauce covering the bread.

Spoon on Sausage, onions and jalapenos from skillet and

cover with three cheese Italian shredded cheese.

Put in pre-heated toster over for 8 minutes, then change the settings to broil and toast until lightly brown and crusty.(about 2 minutes)

Serves one. If you are expecting company (And you will get it if they taste this,) just adjust the ingrediants.

As with all batchelor food, tastes great cold the morning after. Just think ahead and make more...
