BBQ Beef Ribs

This is my families favorite way for me to BBQ beef ribs. The beer helps to tenderize the rib meat. I guarantee that all you will have left are the bones.
1-2 slabs of beef ribs, cut into individual rib sections
2-3 cans of beer (no lite beer, cheap beer is the best)
Your favorite BBQ sauce. I like combining hickory with the
Salt and pepper to taste
Fire up your grill (Charcoal works the best). Cut ribs, place in an alumnium foil

roasting pan, cover with the beer and place over indirect heat. If grill has a lid, close it while ribs are steaming. If not cover pan with heavy foil. The idea is to steam the ribs.

Let ribs steam for about 1 hour.

Then put ribs over the coals and slap a lot of sauce on them. Cook until browned, turning often and adding on more sauce.

Once the ribs are done to your liking, serve to your family or guests.
