The Best BBQ PORK SHOULDER YOU EVER TASTED
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
8-9 lb Pork shoulder
Rocking Dry Rub
Yellow Mustard
Apple Cider or Juice
Cold Beer
DIRECTIONS
Score skin on pork shoulder in criss-cross pattern, slather with yellow mustard. Make Rocking dry rub: 2 tbls Salt, 2 tbls Blk pepper, 2 tbls sugar, 2 tbls brown sugar, 2 tbls onion powder, 2 tbls cumin, 2 tbls chili powder,2 tbls cayenne,1 tbls cinnamon, 4 tbls of paprika. mix rub in bowl, apply generously on pork shoulder. refridgerate up to overnight. Take out and bring to room temp. Use a smoker if you have or, indirect heat on a weber kettle grille. I slow cook 8 to 12 hours

220 degrees. I base with apple cider or juice every hr or so.Remove when bone is loose and meat appears to be ready to fall off the bone. Chop or pull apart, make sure to use the "bark" or outer seasoned skin. The Beer is for the chef, and they will call you that.
