Start pork on a hot fire ( I use a open pit fire)

Add seasoning .garlic, pepper,seasoning salt
|
|
Cook till you have grill marks then reduce the heat and continue cooking slow
|
|
When you see juices starting to flow add home made BBQ Sauce Aprox :45 min
|
|
1 Reg size bottle of ketchup
|
|
2 Tbl Spoons of lemon juice
|
|
1/2 Tsp of each Black Pepper,Salt,Garlic Powder
|
|
Mix well Brush on the pork as needed
|
