This is so easy, and just the best fudge i have ever made.
3 c. white sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 and 1/2 sticks of butter
2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 70z jar marshmello creme.
1 c. of walnuts (optional)
melt butter, sugar and milk in a heavy sauce pan.

let it come to a boil.

continue stiring mixture for about 3 min.

remove from heat

add creme and chips, stir till all melted.

add vanilla and nuts.

line a 8in square pan with foil, leaving a couple of inchs hanging over the ends.

pour mixture into pan,let cool for a couple of hours(if you can wait) lol.

lift out of pan, peel foil off,cut into squares. Oh so creamy and chocolatly! I make several pounds of this every xmas. You can use different flavored chips, peanut butter is really good, omit the nuts with that one!

This Fudge Recipe that "Patricia' says is her's is a Fudge Recipe she found on the back of a Jar of Kraft Marshmallo Cream . It's Called "Fantasy Fudge". I know this for a fact, because I make this Frdge every year at Christmas Time. Nice going Patricia, but Kraft already came up with the recipe.
