This is the best corn bread I ever made. It is requested at pot lucks, and I am invited to parties just so I will bring it. It goes fantastic with the Chuck Wagon Beans.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2-boxes Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 8-oz sour cream
1-12 oz can cream corn
1-12 oz can whole corn (or 1 1/2 c. fresh, cooked sweet corn
1 stick soft butter or margarine
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
DIRECTIONS
Beat 3 eggs in large bowl.


Add rest of ingredients and mix well.


Pour into greased 13X9 pan


Bake at 375' for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown

Wonderful, but don't need sugar
This has been a hit at two recent potlucks; don't add the sugar because the Jiffy mix is plenty sweet.
