Thanksgiving leftover casserole
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2- 3 cups Leftover turkey, chopped into bite size pieces
2 - 3 cups of Leftover dressing
Leftover gravy as desired
12 to 16 doz oysters in their juices
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Layer turkey, dressing and gravy in casserole. Don't add too much gravy or casserole will become too wet.


Add 2-3 oysters on each layer and a couple teaspoons of the oyster liquor. Use oysters as desired depending on your preference.


Fill casserole with layers of leftovers and oysters. Cover.


Bake in oven, covered, for about one hour at 375 or until bubbly and cooked through.


Serve with leftover cranberry relish.
