Boiled Potatos-4-5
Blackpaper powder-1teaspoon
cumin powder-1teaspoon
corriender powdre-1teaspoon
tofu-200Gms
peprica powder-2teaspoon
oil-2teaspoon
salt as per taste
chease prosessed-2cubes
ginger-garlic paste-1teaspoon
green chillipaste-1teaspoon
DIRECTIONS
1.grate boil potatos.mix salt, 1/2teaspoon peprica,1/2teaspoon cumin powder,corriender powdre-1/2teaspoon,1/2teaspoon black paper,1/2teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,1/2teaspoon green chilli paste in grated potato.


2.make smaal bowls of mixure and baked in preheted oven for 2min 220deegrees.


3.cuttofu in small pices.mixsalt, 1/2teaspoon peprica,1/2teaspoon cumin powder,corriender powdre-1/2teaspoon,1/2teaspoon black paper,1/2teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,1/2teaspoon green chilli paste in tofu.


4.fill tofu mixure in baked potato bowls.cover the bowls with greated cheese.grilled it for 1 min in oven.remove and garnish with fresh corriender
