RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 Can (16 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 Cup reserved tomato juice (see South American Turkey Thighs Recipe)
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon green pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 Teaspoon dried minced garlic

DIRECTIONS
Use with South American-Style Turkey Thighs recipe.


In small saucepan over medium heat, combine beans, reserved tomato juice, cilantro, green pepper flakes, onion and garlic.


Cook 10 minute or until heated throughout.
