Boiled corn off the cob

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Corn, butter, salt, pepper
DIRECTIONS
Boil corn on the cob for four minutes in unsalted water. Remove to cold water until cooled. Remove kernels from the cob and place in saucepan. Add butter, salt and pepper. Cook for (5) minutes.


When sereved it tastes just like corn on the cob, but wit


out the mess of the cob. I made this for my husband, when he came down with Alzheimers and forgot how to eat it off of the cob. This recipe freezes well, without the butter and salt.
