When a soup spoon just won't do, eat your bortsch on the run with these party snacks! These are a complete meal in appetizer form!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Diced beets (the canned variety)
Sour cream
Beef jerky
Green onions
Crackers, nut cups or pastry cups (your choice)
DIRECTIONS
Open can of diced beets and drain well.


Snip beef jerky into small bits using poultry shears.


Wash green onions. Cut into small rounds, including tops.


Mix equal amounts of beets and sour cream.


Place beet/sour cream mixture in small nut cups or


pastry cups, or on the crackers of your choice.


Sprinkle these bites with jerky bits and onion rounds.


Keep cold until time for serving.
