Boston Baked Bean Turkey Franks

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
8 turkey franks
1 can (16 ounces) vegetarian baked beans
1 tablespoon dried onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon catsup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill for direct-heat grilling. Grill franks 4 to 5 minutes.


In 2-cup microwave-safe glass measure combine beans, onion, brown sugar, catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and garlic powder. Cover with vented plastic wrap and cook in microwave oven at high (100% power) 2 minutes.


To serve, place frank on bun and top with 1/4 cup bean mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients. * Recipe tested in 700 watt microwave oven.

Boston Baked Beans
After reading this recipe I would not even give it a chance. I looked because my recipe takes 2 days to complete and it is incredibly good but is time consuming. Everyone asks for the recipe after eating the beans. I guess I'm just out to make it the most delicious way. It's not difficult but a long process using the best ingredients.
