Braised Beef

Braised Beef with potatoes
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 lb of beef
1 onion
1 tbs flour
olive oil
1 can beef broth
Salt and pepper
onion powder
2-3 lbs of potatoes
DIRECTIONS
Chop meat into square and dust with flour, salt, pepper


Pour 1-2 tbs olive oil in pan


Brown meat on all sides


Remove meat and add onion.


When onion is clear, add beef back in.


Add just enough beef broth to almost cover meat.


Cover pan and cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until meat falls apart.


Watch to make sure there is some liquid to make gravy.


When meat is done, add a little flour and water to make gravy.


Serve over mashed potatoes. Delicious!
