*~BRAISED SKILLET~* For "Four!" (German Style!!!)

~SIDE BITE: An OH-SO-EASY, long-cut or whole-vegetable, German-influenced, Dinner/Supper/ENTIRE, "pork" MEAL that's so "QUICK" to PREPARE! I cook this Dish about twice a month here at my Home!--("substituting" some of the Ingredients, once in a while!
"PHOTO PROVISIONS" upon request!  It's a VERY beautiful and COLORFUL Dish folks! ENJOY this Recipe!
~1/2-Pound Sausage (Large "link") [Cut into 2"-long sections]
~1/2-Can Sour Kraut (Drained)
~1/2-Can Stewed Tomatoes (Chunky or whole, not diced; Drained)
~1-Small Can Corn Niblets (Drained)
~8-Slices Potato (Cut THICK, and across in rounds/Skin-on)
~4-Long-leaved, Green Onions (whole)
~8-Pcs. Tri-Colored Bell Pepper (Julienned)
~2-Stalks Celery (Cut into four, long pieces)
~1/2 Tsp. Peppercorns (Whole-Optional)
~3/4-Cup Water
~Salt (To taste-Optional)
~~~In a large, Iron or Non-Stick Skillet, BEGIN on Med-Hi heat setting, and "mist" bottom of skillet with spray oil.

~~~START with the Potato Slices (as they take a little longer to cook) and place each into the hot skillet. (Seer these for about five minutes)

~~~Next, ADD IN the Sausage Rounds and Celery and COVER Skillet; allowing ALL of the above Ingredients to cook for approx. eight minutes.

~~~Arrange the pre-cooked Ingredients neatly in Skillet (making SPACE for the remaining Ingredients)

~~~ADD IN the Sour Kraut, Bell Pepper slices, Corn Niblets, (and 3/4 cup water) and lay the Onions on top of the other Ingredients (NO STIRRING necessary of "any" of the ingredients)

~~~COVER again, and COOK for approximately 10 more minutes!

SIDE BITE: I like to put Peppercorns on top of my corn, while Dish is braising/cooking!

SIDE BITE: SERVE with a nice, "crusty" bread, if desired!

SIDE BITE: Garnish with some Paprika, and...
