RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1. Semolina ( Sooji)
2. Milk
3. Capsicum (finely chopped)
4. Cabbage (finely chopped)
5. Butter
6. Red chilli Powder
7. Salt
8. Breads Slices
9. Tomato Ketchup/Sauce
10. Oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Make a paste of semolina+milk. Make sure that the paste is thick enough for you to spread on bread. Put it aside for few minutes.


2. Now, add cabsicum+cabbage+red chilli powder and salt in this paste and mix.


3. Spread butter on the bread and spread this paste on the bread. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, heat oil.


4. First cook the side of bread having semolina-paste on it and then the other side. Use more oil if needed. Fry until cabbage turns brown in colour.


5. Now spread tomato ketchup/sauce on it. Serve hot and Enjoy!
