Bread Pudding With A Kick

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 loaf of day old Buttermilk Bread
1 quart of egg nog
1 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cherries, papaya,
pineapple, etc) any kind or combination.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking dish, a round one makes a nice presentation.


1. Place dried fruit in 1 cup of warm water until it


plumps up.


2. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes and place in mixing bowl.


3. When the fruit plumps up, pour the fruit, along with


the liquid it soaked in, into the mixing bowl with the bread.


4. Pour the egg nog over and mix well.


5. Puor all into the baking dish and cook about 30 minutes, or until all liquid is gone and the pudding is a nice golden brown.
