Breakfast Casserole

We live at the beach, and this one is a good weekend breakfast for a hungry bunch.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
8 eggs
8 slices deli thin sliced ham
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 slices provolone cheese
8 slices bacon
1 package frozen hash browns
pepper to taste
salsa for topping
6 tablespoons butter
DIRECTIONS
melt butter in large skillet on medium heat, add hash browns and cook until tender, remove from skillet and place in a large casserole dish( i use a rectangular glass 9'x12'one but a non stick works as well) that has been lined with cooking spray(I prefer Canola). Beat eggs and add them to the skillet, cook until done, add them to the casserole. cook bacon until crisp and add to casserole. Layer provolone cheese on top of bacon, add ham and put cheddar cheese on top, cover and cook for 20 minutes, sprinkle pepper on top and serve with your favorite type of salsa.
