We need on the go breakfast. These are ready to grab from the refrigerator. Can be quickly heated in the microwave. The goal was to provide a protein carb balanced start to my teenagers. They love it!
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
6 servings of protein powder
1/2 cup dried can berries
1/2 sliced silver almonds
1/2 brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c brown rice flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Oven 375

Beat Butter, eggs, vanilla

Combine Flour, sugar, protein powder,soda, spices

Add to wet mix

Stir in Oats

Divide mix into 24 drops

Roll drops in cranberry and almonds

Bake 10 minutes or until lightly brown, center is still gooey
