Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Prepare rice according to package directions. While rice cooks, combine other ingredients in lare casserole dish. Drain cooked rice and stir into casserole. Cover with foil and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

***This recipe is doubled and can be cut in half for smaller gatherings, but is so good you are going to wish that you had made the double batch!
