Broccoli Cheese Soup

l Stick butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
4 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 onion, minced
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp water, more if needed
1 Large heard of broccoli, chopped
1 Can vegtable stock
1/2 Log of velvetta cheese
1 32 oz container heavy whipping cream
1 tsp Beau Monde
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
Salt and Pepper to taste
Melt butter in large skillet, add garlic, celery and onion. Saute for 5 minutes. Mix flour and water together to for paste. Add to butter mixture, saute to thicken.

Put broccoli in large sauce pan, add vegtable stock. Bring to boil, turn heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.

Add vegtables to broccoli, stir in Velvetta, heavy cream Beau Mondek Celery salt, salt and peppre. Cook on very low stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
