DIRECTIONS
|
wash and cut brocolli floretts into bite size pieces

wash and cut 1/2 head of both cabages use whole head if small
|
|
cut up onion
|
|
mix in bowl
|
|
in seperate bowl I mix
|
|
1 to 1 1/2 cups mayo
|
|
1/2 cup vinager
|
|
1/4 cup sugar
|
|
then taste, if not tart enough, or to tart I add more sugar or vinager
|
|
than salt and pepper to tast
|
|
than add all ingrediants to same bowl ( if to dry i make a little more sauce), mix, let soak for an hour, before serving I mix in salted shelled sunflower seeds.
