Night before prep makes the following morning a breeze to cook a simple and complete breakfast.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Six Eggs
1 and 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup melted butter (a/k/a one stick)
One 7 oz. (ten units) frozen mild sausage links
Two cups cheddar cheese - separated
Two whole large croissants
One Teaspoon of Dried Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Best prepared the night before. In a large mixing bowl begin by beating all six eggs. Mix in the milk and melted butter. Add the dried mustard. In a microwave oven heat sausages to direction, and when cool enough, cut into small pieces and add to the previous mixture. Separate into two and add one cup cheddar cheese. Tear up the two croissants and add to mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir all together, cover and let sit overnight.

Morning: heat oven to 350 degrees. Transfer mixture to a greased 9" X 9" pan and bake for 50 minutes. Remove and sprinkle remaining one cup cheese on top and continue to bake for 10 more minutes. Remove from oven; let cool for fifteen minutes and serve.

For an alternative, substitute the dried mustard with a single packet of Knorr Hollandaise sauce. Follow same instructions.
