Buffalo Chicken Rice Soup

Total Time:  3 Hours 10 Minutes
Chicken and rice soup with a generous bite to it. Easy peasy.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts
1 package of Knorr Rice Sides, Buffalo Chicken
2 cups water
1 can corn
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup diced white onion
1 T. southwest seasoning
1 t. Smoked Chipotle Tabasco
1 t. creole seasoning
1 t. chili powder
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in crock pot on high.


Stir occasionally.


After 3 hours, take chicken out and shred it with 2 forks.


Switch crock pot to medium


Put shredded chicken in crockpot.


Mix together.


Serve.
