Buffalo Ranch Pizza

A flavorful take on Buffalo chicken -- ours has ranch dressing and bacon added.


  • 1 can Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon, if desired
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 ounce)
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño chilies


Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough; place on cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough to 14x12-inch rectangle. Bake 9 minutes

In medium bowl, mix dressing, wing sauce and chicken; spread evenly over partially baked crust. Top with bacon, cheese and chilies. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown

*Let your guests add their own toppings -- try crumbled blue cheese, chopped red bell peppers or sliced green onions.
