Buttermilk Vanilla Milkshake

- 2 large scoops (1 cup) premium vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or whole milk (buttermilk gives the shake a cheesecake flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed ice, optional
- Whipped cream, for garnish, optional
- Mint leaf, for garnish, optional
In a blender, combine the ice cream, buttermilk or milk and vanilla
extract. For a lighter texture add the crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
