RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 CUPS SUGAR ,1 1/2 tsp BAKING SODA ,2 C. FLOUR ,2 EGGS [beaten ]1 tsp/Vanilla ,
1 LARGE CAN [crushed ] PINEAPPLE.W/ the juice
FOR;  icing'
1 stick margarine,,, a small evaporated milk ,,1 cup sugar, 1 cup coconut ,,1 cup [chopped pecans ] 1 tsp/vanilla
DIRECTIONS
mix together all the upper ingreditents above,,


pour into a greased/floured 13'' by 9'' cake pan,


bake 300 degrees bout; 30 to 40 min. remove from oven cool, and punch holes all the cake w/a fork.


boil the margarine , eva, milk , sugar [ 1 cup ]


for about 5 or 5 min remove from heat and add; coconut, pecans & vanilla , pour this over the cake.,
