Cajun Chicken Linguine - My Families Favorite Dish

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 c. cubed/chopped chicken breast
1/2 c green onion, chopped/sliced
1 Tbsp fresh chopped garlic
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups Land 'O Lakes Sour Cream (Light or Regular)
1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (I used Louisiana brand)
1 c. (or to your liking) Fresh grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 lb. box Linguine (cooked per directions)
DIRECTIONS
Saute garlic in butter for 3 min.


Add chicken and Cajun spice and cook until chicken is done.


(You can use cooked chicken)


Add green onion and heat.


Add Sour Cream and bring to a boil until thick.


Add Parmesan to taste (this will help thicken).


Add parsley.


Serve tossed with linguine and sprinkle fresh Parmesan on top.
