Gently spicy with a tangy-sweet glaze, this grilled tenderloin is a sure-fire pleaser for any pork lover.
1 pork tenderloin, about a pound
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter
Cajun Rubbed Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Honey Glaze Recipe at
Rub pork with olive oil. Mix together paprika, salt, red pepper, white pepper, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and thyme. Rub onto pork. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Prepare grill for medium to high indirect heat. Prepare glaze by placing vinegar in a small sauce pan. Add honey and reduce to a syrup consistency. Add butter, a little at a time, whisking until incorporated. Grill pork over a medium-hot fire and grill for about 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Baste with glaze several times during the last few minutes of grilling.

Fantastic Pork Tenderloin
My husband has said for years that he "hates pork". I was having company and tenderloins were on sale so I made this recipe and didn't tell him what it was. My company loved it and my husband couldn't get enough of it. It was moist, it was flavorful and he wants me to make it again ! It's a winner in my book. Thank you Greg in Texas for submitting this recipe and making my life with a picky husband a little easier.
