Cajun Turkey Nibbles

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
7 pounds turkey breast, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
10 ounces Cajun poultry seasoning
7 each avocado
1-1/2 pounds sour cream
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
3 pounds plum sauce, prepared
DIRECTIONS
Mix turkey cubes and seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.


For Avocado Sour Cream Sauce: puree avocado, sour cream and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate.


Heat a cast iron skillet. Saute seasoned turkey cubes for 5 to 6 minutes (5-6 cubes per portion) or until cooked throughout. Serve 5-6 hot cubes per portion with Avocado Sour Cream Sauce and plum sauce on the side for dipping.
