  • 7 pounds turkey breast, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
  • 10 ounces Cajun poultry seasoning
  • 7 avocados
  • 1 1/2 pounds sour cream
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 pounds pre-made plum sauce

directions

Mix turkey cubes and seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

For Avocado Sour Cream Sauce: Puree avocado, sour cream and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate.

Heat a cast iron skillet. Sauté seasoned turkey cubes for 5 to 6 minutes (5 to 6 cubes per portion) or until cooked throughout. Serve 5 to 6 hot cubes per portion with Avocado Sour Cream Sauce and plum sauce on the side for dipping.
