Canadian Broiled Salmon

Perfect Salmon Anytime! Restaurant-style quality. Dress up finished dish with parsley and capers.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3-4 oz. Salmon for each Person to be served
Garlic Salt or Powder
Mayonnaise  (whole or light)
DIRECTIONS
Cut Salmon steaks, if needed, into serving sizes. Place skin side down on aluminum foil on cookie sheet (then, slide a spatula under the fish, leaving the skin on the foil when you are ready to serve the fish).


Sprinkle fish with garlic salt or powder. “Slather” mayo over top of fish steaks (about ¼ inch thick).


Place fish under broiler until the mayo is browned. Turn the oven to 325 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
