Caramel Rolls

The most amazing, delicious caramel rolls you will ever taste.
2 loaves frozen bread dough thawed
1 1/2 cups cream
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (no substitutions)
Combine cream, butter and sugar in saucepan on medium. Stir together occasionally until all ingredients are combined. Let in come to a boil for approximately 5 minutes. Take off of stove and let cool.

Take dough and pull small pieces about the size of a golf ball and spread through out a 9-by-13 baking dish. Pour caramel all over the dough. Cover pan and let stand overnight (I usually do this around 9pm). The dough will have risen and put in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes. All the tops will be nice and brown. Lay out a piece of aluminum foil slight longer than the dish. Fold up the edges of the foil. Take the dish and hold at both ends and quickly flip the rolls onto the foil, slowly lift the dish and the rolls should fall out. Take a spatula and scrape out remaining caramel and put on rolls. If you don't feel safe flipping the rolls, take the foil and put over the top of the dish and make sure you squeeze the foil down around all edges and then flip them over that way.

If you need the rolls to rise faster then pour the caramel on warm and cover. Check every half hour until they are risen.
