This Chili recipe is always requested for me to bring to potluck, brunch or cook for company. Its hardy and full of flavour. One of my family's favorate comport foods.
Carolann's Chilli Recipe
1 lb of lean ground beef
1 28oz can of Crushed puree tomatos (I use Unico or Hunts)
1 14-or 19 oz can of Alymer or Primo Chunky Tomato with Roasted Garlic
1 156ml  Can of Tomato Paste Garlic flavor complements brand or hunts
1 Cup of water with beef boulion or 1 cup of beef broth
2 cans of red kidney beans
1 can of white kidney beans
1 can of navey beans
Club House Brand
Sprinkle 1/4 to 1/2  teaspoon on browning meat.
Italian Seasoning
Roasted red peper seasoning
Tex Mex Seasoning
Taste add more, I use quite a bit
Start with 1 tablespoon of each garlic oregeno parlsey into browning meat
Dried Galic
Dried Oregeno
Dried Parsley
Cyanne Pepper, very litte at end of recipe
2 large onions diced you can add celery, carrots, parcnips anything just make sure they are sauted until soft

Brown onions in veg oil and butter until translucent, add meat, brown meat add the all the spices one at a time.

When meat is brown add all your liquid tomatos puree, diced tomatoes, water with boulion or beef broth. simmer for about 3 to 5 miniutes then add whole can of tomato paste.

add all your beens, make sure the consistancy is what you like, add water if you want it to be more liquid.

cover, put on low stir every 15 miniutes for your first 1/2 hour. taste and add any seasoning you think you might be lacking. simmer for 1 hour, at last miniute I add 2 tablespoons of Parm cheese, not needed it you do not have it. I just love it.

Serve with toasted bread , croutons or plain bread cheese and sour creme, anything you like
